The leather relief — embroidery refined with laser technology

The leather relief — an innovation by Gössl
Another variation of embroidery
GÖSSL now adds another variation to the long tradition of embroidery: the leather relief.
An artful new development, made possible by laser technology.
Embroidery vs. laser technology — the opposite effect
WHILE conventional embroidery creates a raised effect, laser technology achieves the opposite.
THE laser beam burns the pattern into the leather artfully and precisely, giving the motif a unique sense of depth.
Traditional ornaments, a new medium
Traditional ornaments enter into an inseparable bond with their base — as if the two had always belonged together.
GÖSSL has recently begun using this relief technique for:
- Collars
- Pockets
- Sleeves
The Edition jacket in Walk — the first of its kind
The first model with the leather relief innovation is the Edition jacket in Walk (boiled wool) with purl-knit sleeves.
Deerskin appliqués in the new relief technique on the:
- Pockets
- Sleeves
- Collar
Masterfully made, available from July.
